The responsibility matrix is a table that lists, on the vertical axis, all the actions necessary to maintain and manage a public spaces produced by an Urban Fabric Initiative. The horizontal axis lists all the stakeholders involved in the management of the sites. The matrix helps to clarify and present in a succinct manner the stakeholder responsible for each action.
