Enhanced cooperation between the CUA and the Antananarivo UFI to structure future public spaces

Several working meetings were held to harmonise plans, define priorities and prepare maintenance procedures for the new spaces.

This institutional coordination is complemented by ongoing contractual monitoring: finalisation of documents, consistency of schedules, weekly technical meetings and supervision of street furniture manufacturing.

At the same time, the municipality was involved in the workshop held on 12 November devoted to the Usage Assessment (Bilan Des usages - BDU in french) and preparations for the joint management of sites between the CUA, the Fokontany and local associations.

All of these actions aim to strengthen the city's capacity to manage the redeveloped areas sustainably, while ensuring that the work is carried out in a consistent and safe manner.
