Antananarivo relies on citizen participation to transform its spaces

Several actions were taken to facilitate the appropriation of spaces: preparation of a public meeting in Antsararay, distribution of posters in Malagasy, installation of complaint tools, support for local residents in the installation of equipment.

• On 12 November, a workshop dedicated to assessing usage and site management helped to strengthen local observation and co-management capacities.
• From 1 December, a new phase will begin with the official launch of the Mobilié douce project events, designed to raise awareness among users about the new developments.
  

These initiatives demonstrate the Antananarivo UFI's commitment to placing residents at the heart of the urban transformation process, combining education, listening and experimentation.
